域名评估是一个第三方的评测机构对域名估价，他们号称需要出售的域名在他们那里获得评估证书之后就可以按照评估的价格去出售，事实上域名的价值由购买者决定，第三方的评估仅仅是个参考。

现在国外有很多这样的骗子公司，他们不断地给中国的域名注册人发出求购域名的邮件，当你和他们联系的时候他们却要求你先到某个网站去评估，当然这个评估是需要付钱的，而他们要赚的就是这个评估的钱，至于买你的域名不是他们的目的。
